Jurisdiction:

The customer agrees that the laws of the State of Victoria apply to all transactions and communications on this website, and the customer submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria to hear any dispute.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and BRAU regarding the sale of products through the website.

Notices can be sent to: – BRAU Timber Pty Ltd 17-31 Franklyn Street, Huntingdale, Victoria 3166. The customer acknowledges that BRAU may use their primary email to BRAU as the address for any alterations to this policy and the customer agrees to such communications.

Nothing in these terms and conditions creates a relationship of employment, trust, agency, partnership or joint venture between BRAU and the customer.

Interpretation:

In these terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: –

  • Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.
  • A reference to a natural person includes any company, partnership, joint venture, association, corporation or other body corporate and any governmental agency.

A reference to a person includes that person’s successors and legal personal representatives.
